Are you considering taking over a new business, or transferring a key contract into a new business you own? When you have staff it can get messy and there are strict rules to apply. TUPE advice is often taken late when errors have been made and staff are taking their own legal advice on how you are handling things.

Get it right from day one. Take timely advice from the Lime One HR team before you commence moving staff or discussing it with them, this package covers standard letters for you to give to affected staff and 45 mins telephone or email advice.

What happens on order?

1. We acknowlege your order and contact you, within 2 working days of receipt of order. We ask for contracts and also reasons for transfer at this stage.

2. We provide the advice via phone and send over via email the letters you need to complete and issue to your staff. If the contracts are provided in WORD format we can assist in this service with reissuing them in the new companies name.

This package allows employers to get basic TUPE information early on and avoid costly mistakes. This service does not include reviewing contracts or other documentation.

All of the work is insured under our £2M insurance policy for your protection. There is a lot riding on action taken under TUPE, it is only fair you are protected when we recommend a course of action.
