We provide assistance with the drafting of the statutory demand, and service via post using personal service. This service can only be used if there is no known dispute over the invoice amount due and the debt is £750 plus VAT or above.
The process on order is:
1. Your order triggers access for a questionnaire and you attach a copy invoice(s) to the email and send it to info@limeone.co.uk on completion.
2. On receipt we generate the demand draft and send it to you for approval within 3 working days.
3. On approval we instruct the process server and advise you when the document is served.
