1 Credit =5 Minutes of Legal advice on either a Company or personal law issue. Buy on line and use the credit within 30 days of order.
Each credit is equal to 5 Minutes of Legal Advice via phone or email on either a Company or personal law issue. This service does not include provision for Intellectual Property or Same Day service matters which have their own links in the Pay As You Go Law section.
Remember to order sufficient credit to enable the work to be done, 1 credit will enable a brief 5 minutes telephone call or short email response so most clients order in mutiples of 2 or 3 credits for their initial advice.
What happens on order?
1. After purchasing via our online shop you receive a downloadable questionnaire to tell us about your legal needs and delivery preference. You choose either phone, email or document draft services and return it to us using the email on the instructions sent to you.
2. Telephone appointment orders received will be allocated a next working day appointment time. Please note this service operates Monday to Friday only between 9-5. If you require this service at the weekends or on Public Holidays please use our Premium service.
3. Email and document drafting both have a 2 working day turnaround time not including the day the order is placed and a minimum order requirement of 6 units.
