ABOUT MEDIATION CLAUSE
The Mediation clause is to be used in conjunction with existing terms and conditions for use when you prefer to have a clause which means that disputes are dealt with by a mediator.
A mediator is an independent third party who will essentially act as a facilitator to enable the parties to reach a settlement/resolution regarding a dispute which is acceptable to both parties.

Who will appoint a mediator
A brief timescale to resolve matters
Who will pay for the mediation
