Maybe you are considering taking a case against a supplier, landlord or client and wonder about the strength of that case and how to proceed?
Perhaps you are in the middle of a partnership dispute or need to consider asking a director to leave, have drafted something yourself and would like some legal feedback?
Perhaps someone has indicated a case potentially against you or your business and you want to be sure of your grounds for defence?
Perhaps you are selling a product or service and need to understand the applicable law in more detail?
We review the case ( based on information you supply to us via email), we will also review up to 5 single pages of A4 size of evidence and report back to you in a written report addressing your questions and core points of the case.
We send over the report within 3 full working days from order and instruction. Please note the date of payment is excluded from the days required to complete the report. We do not include telephone advice in this service.
This is an indepth service and included in the cost is one email back to us with any questions you have on our findings, of no more than 3-500 words.
