When you need to issue a county court summons for total debt less than £5000 use this service for the following:
1. Order on line, complete the downloadable quesionnaire and send it to us at support@limeon.co.uk with copies of the requested communications.
2. On receipt, within 3 working days we generate the summons for you on line and email to you for checking.
3. You pay the court fee and issue on line
4. If defence is received you scan to us and we advise in one email back to you of next action to be taken
