What happens on order?
1. After purchasing via our online shop you receive confirmation of your order via email.
2. You are asked to place in a short email the exact nature of your query or questions in an email of no more than 500 words.
3. Orders received after 12 noon will be allocated a next working day turnaround time. Orders received before 12 noon will be offered a same day service.
4. This service is limited to a single reply only, if there are further questions or queries then additional orders for this service must be made.
