Court Case Opinion
This service provides you with a detailed opinion based on the documents you forward to us. It includes our spending 5 hours on reading, writing and sending you the report and any emails we generate to ask you questions to enable our advice. It does not include telephone calls, emails generated by you to ask us advice or questions ( beyond the answers to questions we have asked you).
Once the order is made the following occurs:
1. We ask you to send over the documents and a brief synopsis of your case ( please note the synopsis limit is 1000 words only and any submissions over this will be returned to you for attention).
2. We will then review the documents, to a limit of 35 docs of single sides of A4 font 12, and within 5 working days ask via email only any questions we have. We may ask you for further documentation at this stage which needs to be sent via scan only.
3. We will then prepare your legal opinion document within 3 working days of above and send to you via email.
All work is covered by our professional indemnity insurance policy for your peace of mind.
