This service provides you with the following:
1. Letter to the owner of the images outlining core questions to assist the settlement process.
2. Recorded delivery tracking information so you are aware of the progress of the letter.
3. Scanned and emailed responses as we receive them, or support and advice if you receive any further communication directly.
4. Initial letter sent to you within 3 working days of order and all responses dealt with within 2 working days.
5. 3 attempts to mediate settlement included in this cost.

What you need to do to order this service.
1. Order on line and complete the instantly downloadable questionnaire.
2. Send the questionnaire back to us, completed, with the scanned documents received and sent by you to us at IP1@limeone.co.uk.
3. Once we have the above the service will commence and the time scales for us to respond are as above.
