ABOUT AGE OF CONSENT CLAUSE
The age of consent clause is to be used in conjunction with existing terms and conditions for use when selling goods (either as part of Services supplied or just on their own) from a website or otherwise. .
The age of consent clause deals with the situation where the seller is selling items which can only be sold to those over a certain age e.g. fireworks can not be sold to anyone under 18

THIS CLAUSE CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING:
Asks the buyer to declare or confirm that he/she is old enough to purchase goods
Sets out the seller’s ability to immediately cancel and order etc if the seller finds out the buyer is not old enough to buy the goods.
